This interactive course is designed to ensure that all coaches and teachers are up to date with the tag rugby rules as well as provide staff with a range of drills and games for their tag rugby training programs.

Content will include:

* Rules overview and explanations

* Fundamental movement skills – agility & evasive running

* Sport Specific Skills – Catch & Pass – Track & Tag

* Basic attack and defense strategies

Aimed at: Teachers, TA’s, Coaches & parents
