Introductory to Umpiring Course

(Young Persons course)

This is a one-day course that teaches the “correct” way to umpire a cricket match – becoming qualified will allow you to umpire at your club, school and to assist at junior County Age Group matches.

It is the first step on the ladder of officiating and will enable you to progress to the next stage if you wish to do so

Age Group: This course is specifically for young people between the ages of 14 – 18 years

Venue: Cambs Cricket, C/o Cambs FA, Bridge Road, Impington, Cambs, CB24 9PH

Cost: £15 – please make cheques payable to Cambs Cricket Ltd (if you wish to pay by BACS please let us know and we can provide our bank details)

 Refreshments: Tea, Coffee, Drinks & Biscuits will be provided throughout the day

Resources: All resources will be provided – just bring a pen with you
