Diet and nutrition are important for all those doing sport. Our tutor Gary Davidson will help you understand what you should eat and drink before, during and after exercise and how this can affect your performance. You will cover what to eat to stay healthy and reduce your risk of illness and to know what and how to advise young athletes about healthy diet and good nutrition.
