This course will support teachers in developing confidence and understanding of what is involved in PE subject leadership, and provide opportunities to share practice for the improvement of PE in a primary school.  The training is aimed at new or inexperienced PE subject leaders in particular but anyone who thinks it might be beneficial to them could attend.

• Understanding your role as PE subject leader
• Shaping a vision -what’s your why?
• Recognising what HQ PE looks like & being confident on provision across the school
• Advocacy of PE -celebrating the place of PE in school life
• Action planning support/what next?
